Race for Hope

The Race for Hope is a 5k run/walk to benefit brain tumor research that will take place on May 1st in DC.
Join us for the 14th Annual Race for Hope - Washington, DC 5K Run/Walk, one of the largest national fundraisers to benefit the brain tumor community! Through generous gifts from individuals and company sponsorships, the Race for Hope - DC has raised more than $11 million in its history, including a record-breaking $2.3 million in 2010, and is growing each year. A 5K course in the nation's capital, the Race for Hope - DC is open to everyone, and is a fun way to join forces in the fight against brain tumors. The Race funds research and support services for those affected by this disease. Proceeds benefit National Brain Tumor Society and Accelerate Brain Cancer Cure.
The event is held downtown at the Freedom Plaza. There are two teams supporting Raina at the race:

A good excuse to get some exercise! Follow the appropriate link to support a team or sign yourself up to participate in the run!

  1. Raina -- How nice of Martine and Lauren to do this event in your honor! I donated to both teams to show my support from afar! Love you kiddo. :)
